Natalie Ardis

Originally from Michigan, Natalie attended high school at Marathon High School right here in the Florida Keys. She has lived here for 14 years. After high school she attended the University of Central Florida with her Associates Degree and is attending Nova Southeastern University to obtain her Bachelors Degree in Marketing.  Joining Coldwell Banker Schmitt Real Estate Co. in 2010, she was given a wonderful opportunity to help others find their piece of paradise. Natalie joined with a top producing agent in 2011 as an assistant and Realtor Associate. Natalie had a great experience being able to learn from such an accomplished agent. Each year production grew and in 2013 the team did $28.8 Million in Sales Volume, a great accomplishment being #2 in the company. Natalie has now branched off on her own based out of the Marathon Office.  Natalie has enthusiasm, drive, passion and communication that truly is able to set her apart in the real estate business; “It is my job to make sure my customers get the best service and guidance possible.” Natalie’s goal for sellers is to use Coldwell Banker Schmitt’s “Everyday Until It Is Sold” Marketing program to get sellers the best terms and price for their home. For buyers it is about educating them and showing them the Keys Lifestyle. 

Living in the Keys Natalie absolutely had the full experience of the Keys Lifestyle enjoying all it has to offer. Natalie lives in the middle keys with her husband Josh Ardis, who captains a 61′ Viking, daughter Kaylin and their two Shih Tzu’s Bubba and Odie. 

She enjoys fishing, diving, volleyball, shopping, golf, running, traveling, spending time with friends and family and enjoying the keys sunsets with a good glass of wine. Natalie is an active member in Business and Professional Women of Marathon, Young Professionals Network Board of Director for Coldwell Banker Schmitt Charitable Foundation, City of Marathon Chamber of Commerce, Assistant Volleyball Coach at Marathon High School, Take Stock in Children Mentor and Marathon and Lower Keys Association of Realtors. “The Keys has such a great sense of community that when someone needs a helping hand the whole community steps forward, that is one of the best things about this place of course in addition to fishing and diving!”
