I wanted to share a bit of feedback on the recent sale of our property on Stirrup Key. The property was owned by the Kirk of the Keys Presbyterian Church. We are governed by a board called our Session and all decisions are made by that board as we govern the Church's affairs. Lela led the sale efforts from your team, and she is a true pro. From the market analysis (and we received input from 6 different agents before making our decision on who to work with) to the closing Lela was always on top of her game. Constant communication and insights from her helped us land on a sale we believe was good for the Church and good for the buyers. We had multiple offers and many times I needed to go back to the board to make decisions as it is not as simple as dealing with a single owner - but in this case a board. Lela was patient with us and guided the process along. We never felt in the dark. She was prompt, insightful, a great communicator, and her knowledge of the market including Stirrup Key was very helpful. On behalf of our church president, Susan Olson, our Session, our head pastor, Josh Roberts, our church administrator, Sandy Hubbard, and the entire Kirk of the Keys congregation, a big thank you to you Brian, Lela and the whole team there at your firm.
